Safety
At Flyte Fitness, your safety is our top concern. We want to ensure that you use the Core Flyte properly and cautiously. Please follow the below safety information.
USE ON SURFACES
Core Flytes can be used on most surfaces, but it is less stable when used on harder and smoother surfaces (e.g., hardwood or vinyl floors). We recommend beginners and people unfamiliar with balance and stability exercises use Core Flytes on an exercise mat, carpet (not rug), or a thin padded surface. This equipment may damage the surface it is used on. Test gently to determine how it may affect a surface prior to using it. Do not use this equipment on any surface that you want to protect from damage.
